Refund Policy

Each of Host Solutions web hosting plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you will be given a refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees (if any) and overages. Domain Registrations are not refundable.

All cancellations must be forwarded to accounts@hostsolutions.co.za. All other forms of notice will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
